Does Muse connect to Google Workspace?

Muse can work with your Workspace data via Google's APIs.

Google Workspace official site ↗

What it does

  • Lets Muse work with your Google Workspace data through Google's APIs
  • Connects your Workspace apps to Muse in one place
  • Keeps the connection managed through Google's own authorization flow

How to connect

  1. Open the Muse app → Settings → Connectors
  2. Find Google Workspace in the list and tap Connect
  3. Read the info about what Muse can access, then tap Continue
  4. Authorize the connection with your Google account
  5. Approvals are on by default for consequential actions (sends, purchases, bookings)
  6. Available only where Muse is available (US and Canada)

Example tasks

  • Work across your connected Workspace apps from a single Muse chat
  • Pull information from your Workspace data into a conversation
  • Let Muse coordinate tasks that span your Workspace apps

Example prompts

Limitations

  • Only available where Muse is available (US and Canada)
  • Covers the Workspace APIs Meta lists — individual Google apps like Gmail or Google Calendar are separate connectors
  • Consequential actions require your approval
