Work connector

Announced

Does Muse connect to GitHub?

Your repos in the loop — code context without the tab-hopping.

GitHub official site ↗

What it does

  • Expected to let Muse work with your GitHub repositories and code.
  • Likely to summarize pull requests and explain changes in plain language.
  • Planned to help with issue triage and finding relevant code faster.
  • Intended to bring repo context directly into your conversations with Muse.

How to connect

  1. Meta unveiled this at Connect 2026 and the rollout is landing.
  2. When it's live on your account: Muse app → Settings → Connectors → tap Connect.
  3. Read the info on the card, tap Continue, and authorize with your GitHub account.
  4. Choose which repositories Muse can access.

Example tasks

  • Summarize an open pull request and flag anything worth a closer look.
  • Find the code responsible for a reported bug.
  • Draft issue triage notes across a sprint's worth of tickets.

Example prompts

Copy one into Muse and adapt it to your situation.

Summarize a PR

Summarize PR #142 in our repo and tell me what could break.

Find the failing code

In our repo, where is the payment validation handled? Explain what the code does.

Limitations

  • Announced at Connect 2026 — not yet confirmed live on all accounts.
  • Any code changes or merges would need your review before going through.
  • Available only where Muse is available (US and Canada).
